Project Research and Survey
The Academy has the capacity to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research surveys. Since success can be quantified by whether a study was completed on time and within budget, the Academy has undertaken a systematic approach to manage these processes, including a system to execute, control, and monitor a plan that manages risks, communications, human resources, etc.
Research projects may include:
- Case series
- Case control study
- Randomized, controlled trial
- Survey
- Secondary data analysis such as decision analysis, cost effectiveness analysis or meta-analysis.
A survey can either be a baseline or endline survey.
A baseline survey is a study that is done at the beginning of a project to collect information on the status of a subject before any type of intervention can affect it. An endline survey, on the other hand, is the study conducted after the end of that intervention.
