Full Circle Academy is a Pan African agency of the College, which seeks to create awareness, nurture the next generation of leaders and transform Africa’s socio-economic landscape through training, coaching and mentoring.

It provides a suite of consulting services to enable corporate and other private and public sector organisations identify and implement necessary human resource development interventions within their organisations to enhance productivity and ensure regulatory compliance.
